Only OMMA-registered patients, designated caregivers, and authorized cannabis researchers who hold a valid identification card can legally possess medical cannabis.
Are there any qualifying conditions to receive a Medical Marijuana Card?
No, there are no qualifying conditions for a Medical Marijuana Card in Oklahoma. A recommendation from an Oklahoma board certified physician is all that is required.
How can I get a Medical Marijuana Card?
1. Visit a Doctor
You will need to visit a doctor to receive your recommendation. Find a prescribing Oklahoma board certified physician at OMMA.OK.GOV under Physicians and make your appointment. Please be honest and upfront with your doctor about your medical issues, and remember that there are no qualifying conditions for a Medical Marijuana Card in Oklahoma.
2. Gather The Requirements
You will need your full legal name, residence and mailing address, date of birth, telephone number, email address, physician information, patient signature and your dated recommendation letter (dated within 30 days of appointment).
3. Submit Your Application
You will need a photo ID, a copy of your recommendation letter, and a picture of yourself with a white background. Go to the OMMA website and click the Apply Now button. Follow the step-by-step instructions to complete the application. The application fee is $100 for Non-Medicaid Patients, and must be paid for with a debit, credit or pre-paid card.
4. Obtain Your Card
Your card will arrive via mail in an unmarked envelope. Don’t forget to keep it on you whenever you have Legal Medical Cannabis Products on your person. Take your card to a dispensary that carries MINT products and enjoy.

I purchased one of your MINT Grab Bag Cannagars. How do I use it?
1. Remove seal from package and pull out Cannagar from glass tube.
2. Slowly remove skewer by pulling from the non-filtered end of Cannagar. Optional: clip end for more even burn.
3. To light: Swirl tip of Cannagar around flame until toasted. Inhale until evenly lit.
